No Yes, the following: Further information I have participated on a sound recording and therefore fulfil the requirement to apply for associated membership of SAMI I have read and accept SAMI’s General Terms and Conditions and SAMI’s statutes Your associated membership of SAMI will automatically cover the areas of collection/categories of rights that are within SAMI’s area of administration as well as covering those countries that SAMI has an agreement with. According to SAMI’s statutes you can limit SAMI’s mandate to exclude one or more territories or to exclude certain categories of rights. Read more on SAMI's limitation of mandates.
